Why aren't you afraid of posting the VIN on the 2012 BMW?
That's all I'm asking for. You refuse to answer.
Why is my asking a legitimate question harassing you?
Can't wait to hear from ebay!
And why TWO ebay IDs'? This one to unload the fake pace car?
Boy, you're getting upset!
mkapp7879
Your on going Harassing emails have been reported to ebay. You continue to break ebay policies and it will be rewarding when ebay removes you from this site. I have asked you to contact eBay by phone but you dont? Why is that? Because they will tell you i have did nothing wrong . I follow ebay policies and rules, you dont! You are not a buyer! Your a harassing time waster that needs to get a life and learn to Read! , Pathetic

Reported your listing to ebay.
Let them deal with obnoxious people.
Still can't understand your refusal to deal with legitimate questions.
I am no longer the least bit interested in your car but I hate to see someone else scammed.
This could all be cleared up by revealing the VIN.
I hope it doesn't bid any higher than it is and you have to take so much less than you want.-
mkapp7879
Once again you have been reported to eBay . Please call ebay please do! Maybe they will explain to you the thick minded! ebay rules and policies that illiterate Morons cant understand! I am sorry your jealous but its not my fault you can't afford my car ! It really is embarrassing how you continue to carry on. Get a life.
nrggeor_Sao4lval
Who's pulling the scam?
EVERYONE posts the VIN. I could even report your ad to ebay for NOT posting it.
There are too many indications of your pace car being a fake.
Why not post the first 8 numbers of the VIN, then you are not giving up anything important to you.
At least answer why your car has the wrong seats and wheels. Also there should be rear speakers.
I WILL contact ebay with my concerns if I don't hear from you.
Besides, you have ZERO feedback, who's trying to pull a fraudulent scam?
mkapp7879
Dear mkapp7879,
Sorry I don't understand why you need the vin? Sounds like to me your trying to pull a fraudulent scam. This is why I don't post the vin for people with criminal acts. Classic cars are easy targets for scam artists and that is why eBay policies give the option not to post it. Please Read eBay policies or contact them. The title and car will be released only to buyers! Not non serious people that have No intention to buy.

Dear nrggeor_sao4lval,
So why not be honest and post the VIN?
- mkapp7879
Dear mkapp7879,
That's a great story! Thanks
- nrggeor_sao4lval
Dear nrggeor_sao4lval,
Why not post the VIN? Everybody else does.
Car has the wrong seats and wheels. Hood stripe looks off, L82 should be centered.
When these were new a lot of fakes were made to cash in on the high prices. They are not worth actual pace car prices.
nrggeor_sao4lval:
I am sorry you don't understand but all the information is posted in the ad and is 100% accurate.
Dear nrggeor_sao4lval,
No luck needed, no way I'd bid with that reply and lack of an answer to my question.
Dear mkapp7879,
The car is as posted thanks for looking and good luck
- nrggeor_sao4lval
Dear nrggeor_sao4lval,
Is this a true pace car or a clone?
You didn't list the VIN and it has non pace car seats.

You must have too much time on your hands to harass an obviously, fraudulent seller and to call him out.
You know I got the same story from the Indy 500 museum when I asked to see the interior of their original Pace Car that was display during the Bloomington Gold event this past June. scammers who take the VIN, replicate the vehicle and then sell at high gains at some auction. Like no one will figure it out! It is a nice tack but the story concocted to surround the scam falls apart like wet tissue paper.
Good job!

I asked the seller about things not looking quite right and this was his response:
New message from: nrggeor_sao4lval (0)
I purchased this car from Manheim auto auctions in Atlanta. They sold it to me as I am selling it. I have no reason to believe that a reputable secure documented company in the USA would sell me a car that isn't what it is. If you don't feel comfortable then please don't bid, I don't want it to ruin our auction. I want you to feel comfortable, if not no worries and good luck

Your previous message
Do you have any evidence of this car being a real "Pace Car" edition. Things just don't look quite right.

He just refused to answer questions.
Now he's ranting and raving!
His latest email......
"Lmao! It is upsetting that you cant even read! How do you even look at yourself. Your a embarrassment to society and im sure to your family! Your a Fraud! A Scam artiest! A common thief ! That is why i dont give you personal information. Your a nobody! You offer nothing to society! If you had a brain and could read ebay policies you would know the answers. This auction is for real buyers! Not fakes like you that have no money and no intention to buy! You cant fix STUPID and your the poster child! Bhahahaha say good bye to your account!"
MY RESPONSE...
"Wow, you're pissed!
Can't take the truth that YOU are the scammer!
What did you do? Buy it and find it's a fake, now you're trying to unload it on someone else as clueless as you?"
I found out he has TWO ebay accounts just by chance. His messages starting coming from HIM I guess.....Nick Roberts. Go to ebay and look up Nick_Roberts with a _ between the names and there he is.
And yeah, I guess I got a lot of time on my hands right now, it's cold out and snow on the ground.
I also lead on the scammers telling me my Windows is full of viruses. Had one guy going for 30 minutes one day.

I saw underneath a metal tag affixed that said something like "for educational purposes only". I got a pic of it somewhere.

The ebay ad has been removed
So has his 2012 BMW ad
No longer a registered member!!
http://www.ebay.com/usr/nrggeor_sao4...xe=exe,ext=ext
Altho I think I found yet ANOTHER account by this guy.
For anyone still interested....
Had standard 78 corvette seats.
Brushed alum wheels with black centers and caps but with red stripe added.
No rear speakers.
What looked to be oyster interior, not silver.
Noticed the hood stripe was misaligned.
All he had to do was post a VIN.

I like your style. About once a month I get a phone call from "Microsoft technical support" telling me my computer is sending out messages that's disrupting someone else's computer. I usually tell them I know who you are and you're going to go to jail, or tell them to f-off. I keep thinking about stringing them along when they call but I haven't done so yet. Sometimes I tell them I don't have a computer and then they hang up immediately.

There must be hundreds of them trying the same thing, otherwise why keep calling back the same people?
I had one guy, "Dennis", but sounding Indian, tell me he was calling from Glendale Ca. about my windows having problems.
After leading him on a while, I saw I was loosing him and asked how the weather was there in Mumbai? He sounded confused, I said you're calling from India, right?
"No, calling from China".
