The Hot Rod Grille

Does anyone know of a source for a plastic protective cover for the convertible top care label? I saw one on a '69 C3 vert at an indoor car show recently, but the owner was not around to ask where he got it. I recently replaced the top on my '70 and would like to protect the label. Here is the label that I would like to preserve. Thanks for any help.
