The guy who made the youtube video is an ***.

Id prefer not to be filmed when under severe stress.
If I read the commentary correctly it was the cars owner who submitted the link to Corvetteforum. It seems as if he knew about the video. Taking into consideration it leads me to think the owner is a member of CF.

A few years ago when the 69 was still running with the 383 it wasn't running good and started to stumble and die I had the hood popped making adjustments and this time the carb had burst into flames that bellowed huge when I popped the hood, many gas leaks, the engine was dead so no sucking that into the carb, but a little extinguisher put it right out...this video really engages the mind for me, with all the traffic and various officials no one seems to be able to put that fire out, in fact they stagger around like looky lous not really seeming to care...then someone who seems to know the owner makes a video that unless the owner found it funny is in about as bad taste as it gets...

So was the car factory correct and if so isnt a fire like this rather rare?
