How do you really define a "great barn find" in a way that most die-hard ‘Vette fans would agree on?

A car that is worth spending all the time and money that it takes to restore it, like this early '63 fuelie that still has the original tires, exhaust and shocks. Most are worth just about what the owner thought when it was shoved away and forgotten. The barn is entirely optional and offers little protection from the elements...and rust.
