I agree about just checking on the title for year, and VIN. If you have it in hand all you need to do is post the VIN for all the guys on here to check. Also, if it were me, I would clean out a corner of that stuff just to get to one side of the rear end to see the style of the exhaust tip and post of pic. That would start to narrow down the correct year somewhat.??????
BTW what happened to the initial photos?

The VIN will tell the story. And time.
I think the initial photos are in his profile. Not in the thread itself.

Sorry to leave you guys hanging. Work has me really busy but here are a few answers so far. I have know of the car for 20+ years as the owner was a friend. I couldn't see the car as it was surrounded by stuff. My friend worked with GM (no for) developing racing engines.... He told me many stories over the years and seeing the car and the motor everything has checked out so far. Sadly my friend passed a year or so ago. The car was a race car from day one. I have a lot of digging to do, there are a lot of extra parts....
Research... Cool block that doesn't rust? I've attempted to add a pic of one set of the extra heads. As for the yellow, I don't know but it's now red white and blue. Here comes the fishy comments. Lol. I love the car just as it sets on its cool old school trailer.
Sorry to the guys hoping it was an original showroom car. That would have been cool also.

Oh boy...
If this is a race car with any kind of real racing history at any major event then this car will be big bucks.
This car could be a big deal. So far so good. Race cars didnt care about correct colors.
I see the 70-72 lower rear valance but that means very little.
Can't wait to see more....

What stories seem to be checking out? Would enjoy reading about them in general and could tell us more about the car.

Just to be clear, I'm not selling the car non am I looking to create a huge story. Just asking for help with what I have. I don't claim the car to be worth $$$$, (I hope I made a good investment as everyone does)
Thank you all for the help and the future help.
