Very Nice. Good to see things being done to a high level in your restoration.

The build is moving extremely slowly.

Carpeting in process:

OT: It took 15 years, but finally I convinced my Dad to get a true driver's car. He went for a C7. This encouraged me to get my dream car as well... (the blue one).

Nice looking exhaust system. However, I think you may end up regretting the header wrap. It tends to shorten the life of the headers a great deal. Good ceramic coat and insulation inside the car will be better.

Nice Project Very Impressed ... but I am still curious about your choice of copper as a fuel line, never really got your reason. I really like the idea as an alternative and am now looking to do the same on a resto that I have.

Yes these are copper lines. We have a good practice of using these here. I mean never faced any issue related with the copper lines during my over 15 year of practice.

P.s.

From 10 year's experience on my street rod I know that tight header wrap works well BUT the car has to be driven several times a week to keep the wrap "dry" or the headers will "rot". Salt on roads/scary!

Very cool build. I like that you spare no expense . I built mine the same way, body off rebuild absolutely everything in the frame is new. I love the trans crossmember, i stayed with an automatic, but found a true dual crossmember from a 79 and used that. Your exhaust is amazing. Keep up the great work.
