Placement of Engine Coolant Only decal

This diagram shows it on the edge next to the fill cap, other side from mounting points.
And since I don't really know what they look like I'm going to guess the decal would read from forward fender, not engine. Jut please don't blame me if I'm wrong!
Thinking about my tank , no decal there, maybe it really would be the other way around and read from engine or back side. Who knows?!
