I now have a coolant leak in my 77. It is puddling under the engine around where the starter motor mounts. I can not see any leaking around the water pump. before I take it to a repair shop I was wondering if anyone can give me some ideas as to where it may be leaking from?

Any ideas will be helpful..

I have a 77 that had a coolant leak in the same location. It was a core plug with a pinhole. It wasn't bad to repair and I bought a brass replacement for around $ 1.00. Jack it up, remove the starter, pull the old one and install the new one. Not a bad job considering where it is.
