I bought my 1969 L46 when I was 27. I have owned it for 4 years. Bought it off a fellow member here.

I got a '67 in 1967 when I was 9 years old, and I still have it.

It's the Hot Wheels version, and needs a left rear wheel/tire if anybody has one....

I painted the racing stripes on it myself.

Just turned 58. I've had this 73 Stringray for 10 years and have much $$ time and sweat in it. Now I hope to just enjoy it for 10 more years and then pass it to my daughter.

Bought my first c3 in 09, at my girlfriends high school grad party. little did she know that there would be plenty more corvettes where that came from. Still the same girl and we are engaged to be married may of 2017. I can't thank my parents enough for the loans over the years to get a corvette when I didn't really "need" one. My mom, a non car person still realized my passion and my dad who never once told me I couldn't drive any of his cars. He let me have fun, make mistakes, etc. but I always brought him back a clean car.... With an empty tank. Today, I may not have the coolest, nicest, or newest corvette but it is my corvette. Always loved the c5 z06, since my neighbor, a gm engineer, brought one home preproduction in 2000 when I was 10. Life's come full circle, now at 26, I'm a part owner in a 68 4 speed convertible, have my 01 z06, and house my dads 91 zr1. Over the years, my dad and I have had so much fun. Some day, I'll post a thread with a bunch of pics of the fun we've had... And are still having. God bless the USA

Here's when I took over their garage with my 2 cars when I was 19 and now, today:

Here's when I commandeered their garage again:

Likewise! I bought mine as an early 30th birthday present for myself.

My '79 as I bought it in July 2015:

As it sat in January after a complete suspension, brakes, steering and rear end rebuild, as well as new wheels and tyres and fixing a bunch of little problems.

Now off the road again for a 383, fuel injection, and tko600 5 speed box. Clutch release bearing went out, so while I'm there... Got the bottom end together last week:

My 73. Bought it from the second owner he had it since 1974. 41,000 original miles power steering ,power brakes, power windows and I was able to install power door locks which was not easy. But a nice feature this way you don't scratch up the doors with the key . Ice cold air Numbers matching. My second 73 . Had one in 1990. Im 49.

Suffering through my midlife crisis at 40, I bought my '77 L48. 13 years later,no mods and all original. And for sale. Great car for a younger (and smaller) owner.

I was 24 in 1988 when I bought a 1969 small block convertible. I loved that car, and drove it everywhere. In 1995, my wife was pregnant and wanted to buy a house. Unfortunately, the '69 had to go.

Vowing to one day own another, in 2008 I went to Corvettes at Carlisle to do "research" because I wanted to get back into a C3. I found this car there:

I have owned it now for 8 years and am 52 years old. I took it out for a ride this morning.
