Couldn't find a still or a clip, but in the movie Saturday Night Fever, when Travolta and the guys go to the place to beat up guys who beat up their friend, a C3 drives by.

The "Ferrari" in the first two seasons of Miami Vice was a C3 frame with a body kit.

McGuyver's sidekick in the new version on these days has a blue C2. I know, not a 3...

On Hawaii 5-0 (TV), Steve McGarrettt’s old girlfriend Catherine had a 73 just like mine:

Not a movie, but MGM did rent my '75 convertible to shoot the TV show "In the Heat of the Night" with Carroll O'Connor.
They had done a prior shoot using a '75 roadster in the South and needed to match it with a car in So. Calif. They actually put on a new top and painted the bumperettes from red to black while paying me rent on the car ($150/day).
When they were returning the car, they "dropped" it off the trailer and had to repair the front underside. They paid me $50/day rent while the car was being repaired. I actually caught the episode on VHS at random and still have it somewhere.

This shot of a C3 (possibly a '78 by the look of the hood emblem) in the parking garage scene from The Godfather Part III right before Vincent hot wires the Caddy to help Michael escape the Helicopter Hit at the Hotel.

Was rewatching the Stargate SG1 series and spotted a red 69 in one of the episodes. Lead character made a quip about the body style being terrible and that corvettes used to be cool. Can't say I agree with him lol.

I saw this on cable last night. The first idiot says "1975 vette my favorite year" or something to that affect- clearly its an 80-82. I don't know what was worse, they fact they have a car in a movie and no one in editing really knew what it is OR me for staying up and watching it. No wonder I stopped going to movies! If this is the best Hollywood has to offer I'll stick with old TV and movies from 40-60 years ago.
