red line tires which ones did you get ?
now that I have an extra set of rally wheels I was thinking of getting some red line tires.my car is a 69 so this would be ok. they would be used mainly used for car shows. I am going to buy radials. I think the firestone wide oval FR70 15's are the appropriate ones. which ones did you buy and, why?
Thank you.
Thank you.

I went with the radial ones the Bias ply would be a harder ride for me. I got mine at Coker.

You should check the dates on these cokers. I have similar "sliced" coker redlines on my 63. They are from 2000. Zero cracking and very little tread wear but they are 16 years old. I just picked up a set of 67 bolt on wheels for it and I plan to replace the tires.

Nice! I'm thinking of redlines too for my '70 to replace the 15 year old BF Goodrich white letter tires I presently have but didn't know how they'd look on a Rally Red car.

I bought redlines for my '69 from Diamond Back. 215/70s. This is the correct stock size. They are built on T/A Radials.
