Unbolt the radiator support thru the wheelwells and tilt it forward.

remove fan and pulley, attach lower radiator hose at bottom then install new radiator,
just sit it in place, install shroud leave it loose, line everything up before tightening down bolts. it is a tight fit.

I installed my shroud on my 72' in one piece and it is not easy if you leave the rad support bolted up.....but....it can be done.....I forced mine in over the front control arm bushing bolts......it will flex....mine is an original shroud.......
The minute you get frustrated is the minute it will pop into place......

Hind sight is 20/20 though.....I should have removed the rad support to detail and clean everything.......but it is in great shape as it is......food for thought.

Mine was cut along the bottom so it could be bent inward to slide it in place.

I keep the cut but added some captive nuts to the shroud and used aluminum plate to hold it tight. Not sure were yours was cut.

One thing you've probably already thought of but I'll mention it here is, use some of that left over Christmas cardboard to protect both sides of the radiator.

Mine was also cut but like a dummie I glued it back together.I will remove the mount bolts and see if I can get it in by tilting mount towards front.
Thanks

It definitely is much easier with some help. When I did mine on my 68 BB I put the shroud in first and laid it over on the engine. The fan was removed and made it a little easier. The radiator went in next and dropped right in. I didn't need to unbolt the radiator support.
