Who has information about this car?
Especially about the attempt to use this car for Le Mans in 1968.

Not sure, but the T-Top car has 69 doors, and appears to be a 1969 car. The build date if it was an early car would mean it would not have made it to France until Sept 68.

Chris Tuerlinx and Nicolas Koob had made a request in 1968 to participate in Le Mans 24H with a Corvette under the name of Ecurie Luxembourg.
The request was denied, but they must have had the car available!
In 1969 Chris Tuerlinx participated in 1969 with a Corvette at 1000km Spa and Coupes Benelux.
So the car has to be arrived somewhere in 1968 or 1969 and has to be made ready to race in that period.
When looking at the fender-flares, the car could be prepared in France. Because they are so typical flat, as used by Henri Greder.
But I am not sure.
I can not find information about or pictures.
If required, I can send you a Word or Excel file containing the racing history of this Corvette as far as known to me.

Neat car and interesting history. I love looking at pictures of old race cars, and reading everything I can find on racing.
From the doors and the rear valance panel on the car in the pictures, it sure looks like a 69 Corvette, not a 68.
I have no idea what the history below says, but that doesn't mean anything, I struggle with my native English too.
What I can read is the date, 29.09.68 (Sept. 29, 1968). This would be 3 months after the 68 Le Mans 24 Hour race, and 9 months before the 69 race. Both the 68 and 69 races were held in June, not September.
Is this saying the car was denied entry, or that it was entered and didn't arrive? For that matter, is it referring to the 68 or the 69 race? I know that Le Mans has some unique entry procedures and requirements, not to mention things like pre-qualifying. Could that be saying they were being denied entry for the 69 Le Mans race, in Sept 68?
Between the dates shown in the history, and the car appearing to be a 69, are you sure that they didn't plan to run this car at Le Mans in 69, not 68?

From Wikipedia,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1968_24_Hours_of_Le_Mans
The 1968 24 Hours of Le Mans was the 36th Grand Prix of Endurance, and took place on 28 and 29 September 1968. It was the tenth and final round of the World Sportscar Championship.
The race was originally planned for June 15 and 16, but had to be delayed until September due to massive protests in France during May. The rescheduled race increased the chances of the Prototypes against the Sports, as the new Prototype cars had matured during the season.

Is translated into:
The Luxembourg team had asked for an invitation for a Corvette '68. It was actually the Corvette that had acquired Chris Tuerlinx, Claude Dubois's teammate in 1967, on a Shelby Mustang ...,
Which he intended to share with Nicolas Koob. This commitment will not be honored ,,,,
Summarize: Tuerlinx asked for an invitation to Le Mans in 1968.
He can only have done with a 1968 Corvette!
But I do not know the reason for rejection nor Tuerlinx had the Corvette actually available!
Because you're the 2nd indicating that on the picture is a 1969 Corvette seems to me very likely that Tuerlinx had no 1968 Corvette available.
I would like to know for sure!

that hood might have been the problem, when did GM homologate a hood like that for a Corvette? that may be the reason the FIA would not let the car race. mine below as it raced in Germany 1971-1972

I'd forgotten about the 68 race being postponed. The late 60's were a wild time with all of the anti Vietnam protesting, and other crazy happenings.
Do you know if the "commitment" that wasn't being honored, was for the original June date, or the September date? Is it possible he had ordered a 69, in hopes of entering it in the Sept race, and either didn't get it in time, or got it too late to prep it for the race?
The automakers usually stopped taking orders, and began "build out", around May every year. Orders placed after build out began, were usually kicked back to the ordering dealer, and either cancelled, or resubmitted for production in the next model year. If he had ordered a 68 around the time build out began, the order may have been returned to the dealer, or resubmitted for 69 production. This might be especially likely with something unique like an L-88. If something like this did happen, it's highly unlikely that he would have gotten a 69 in time to race at Le Mans. 69 production didn't even begin until September 68, making it pretty unlikely that a car could be built, shipped to Europe, and prepped in time for the race.
In your post about the Rick Thompkins/Jim Fitzgerald Corvette, someone else suggested that you might want to reach out to Jan Hyde, at the Registry of Corvette Race Cars. You may want to approach Jan about this car too. Jan knows an awful lot about old Corvette race cars, and has a lot of contacts with people who built and raced them.

Here's another picture of the Tuerlinx Corvette for you. This one is from Karl Ludvigsen's great old book, "Corvette America's Star-Spangled Sports Car". There's no mention of the driver(s), or specific history of the car in book, just this picture.
The hood looks like a modified L-88 hood, not something that GM ever offered.
It's interesting that the FIA allowed Corvettes to race with the spoiler and front flares, molded as a single unit. It's doubtful that anything like that would have gotten through tech at Daytona back then, or at any SCCA race. If I remember correctly, a front spoiler could be added, but only if it incorporated the cooling ducts for the front brakes. Otherwise only factory installed aerodynamic devises were allowed.

Thank you for your contribution. Especially for the photo, which I have not seen before.
It must have been like you draw the situation.
But there must be someone who can confirm this!
I will try to contact John Hyde.
The problem is that Chris Tuerlinx deceased in 1973 and memories are fading.
But with this thread, I would like to pay a tribute to this Corvette-driver which has contributed much to promote the American car brands in Europe.
The link in the photo is interesting.
It is about the Camaro from Tuerlinx.
But it does give a good idea of the "old" time and the site is in English.
