With nothing to do.....
With nothing better to do, I dug out my tank sticker to try to decipher it. There's not much legible left but I narrowed down the dealer location to Corinth New York zip 12822. Is there anyone from that area that remembers a dealer in the mid 70s? It looks like the name starts with GU. Its a 76 L82 White with firethorne interior.
Thanks

Have you tried the NCRS to see whether they have a shipping data report for your car?

No Mike I've read that they don't have records for mid years. I guess they were disposed of after st louis closed. Can you make heads or tales out of that tank sticker?
When I first got the car, there was one under the seat between the springs and the foam. Not knowing how valuable it was, I tossed it out. Live and learn I guess.

Over on the NCRS site they have a listing for "Gunn". However no other information except it is in Zone 48 which is on your paperwork but no dealer number.
Perhaps writing to the Town Of Corinth and asked about any dealerships with that name? looks like you have the start of a street number.
Good luck.
