Thanks! Lots of hard work ahead. Sanding sanding sanding..... hopefully by winter the car will be solid white sealer. That's my goal this year. Then one day. ......

Love the pics!! Maybe I missed it before, but how was the original blue paint? The interior didn't look too bad either. I'm guessing you just really preferred a different color. Although I really liked the blue, what you're going for will look awesome too! Great job!

Thanks!! the car was originally white with blue interior. The blue paint was horrendous. Personally I want Monaco orange with black interior. All the blue panels were dyed black.

Hi C69,
Nice work on the valance/spoiler repair.
Have you checked the fit of the black plastic extension you'll be using?
The reproductions have an unusual 'swoop' at each end that doesn't fit well with the configuration of the original spoiler.
Might be wise to test fit now if you haven't yet.
Regards,
Alan

It looks like you might have allowed for the 'swoop'!?

Original extension fit.

Reproduction extension fit.

Really nice work on the car....as someone else mentioned "quality build"! I am impressed, looks like you are doing everything yourself which will be very rewarding when you are done, and you know you touched every part of this car. Really fantastic!

I did allow for the swoop. I recall you I think in an earlier thread mentioning that. For sure the aftermarket lower damn has the swoops. I added them to my glass so if would fit nicely. I've also pre fit all the bumpers to make sure the glass is flush. Don't want to many surprises when I finish. Thanks

You're moving along with the paint! I can't spray sealer outside in Louisiana......the June bugs like to walk across it when it gets tacky....LoL.
