i have no clue what color this car is and the previous owner was zero help. It's not the original color so id badge is no help, original color is dark brown metallic. Eventually I'm going to repaint the whole car the same color if I can figure that out or something similar. For now I want to refinish my t tops, any help or suggestions is appreciated

It could be any of a million different colors. Most auto paint shops can match the paint, from a sample. If take the gas door, or one of the tops to a paint shop, they should be able to analyze the paint on the part, and come up with a pretty close match.

never thought of removing the gas door, that's a good idea.
