I'm coming a little late to this thread, but....
Here’s a few of our ’78. Owned since 1990, always “driven”, when we lived in the UK and now here in France.
So, some photos from French trips, both before we lived here and since.
Below Puy de Dome
Approaching, on and under the Millau viaduct, something of a pilgrimage to us Brits, due to the designer.
In Burgundy
And the Dordogne

Yeah Marshal....its pulled up a baby wheelie here and there... Its usually good for a 2-3" wheelie, but the pic I posted above was on a really cold night and it left really hard... That was about a 6-8" er. For only a 3.36 gear and a tight converter, it leaves ok.

LOL... She doesn't care too much either way about the cars. They are just cars to her.... She has a 16' Camaro SS thats her daily driver, she cares more about that one then my 2.. Her's went 12.37@114.5 on stock tires, wheel hopping its *** off...I think it will go 12.teens-12.20s on a drag radial. Its a fun daily driver...or so I hear.

C3 of Year Finalist (track prepared) 2019
My wife has driven mine a fair bit too, she's a good driver. My cars still LHD, so she's on the wrong side of the car and changing gears with the opposite hand to usual as well.

My wife has never ridden in my C3 and has no interest. Driving it is completely out of the question because she only drives automatics and when needed. She likes road trips but only in a roomy/comfortable vehicle that isn't super noisy and has air conditioning - the C3 is/has none of those things so I don't blame her. It is only appealing to those who want to go fast with the top off.
She doesn't stop me from enjoying it at all, she just has other interests. To be fair, many of her other interests are not appealing to me at all. She likes the car, just doesn't want to go near it!
The kids like it a lot, though. Sometimes I wonder if they still like it, and recently they had a friend from school over and they both lit up when it was time to show their friend the awesome old Corvette in the garage.

Yes...
We went from Texas to BG to Deals Gap (The Tail) back in 2015. It was an awesome trip. We may go back to the Tail next year in my Z06 for our anniversary. We loved staying at the Topoco Lodge right off of the Tail.

The Tail of the Dragon (and surrounding area) is one of the many things I mis about living in Tennessee. I've done it many times, but not in the C3. How did it handle?
