1893 Ozark Mill
Our 69 in front of the Ozark Mill on the Finley River, Ozark, Missouri. Johnny Morris/Bass Pro Shops has moved the 400 ton structure thirty feet to the side so the foundation can be flood proofed. No word on what he plans to do with the mill. The 69 is just a hair under 1,000 miles on the overhaul and besides using a little more oil than anticipated (one quart) and an exhaust leak it is ready for the Route 66 trip in a couple of months. Yes, the wiper door is up and is on the list. The beautiful co-pilot standing behind the Stingray has been on the team for 46 years.

78 Pace Car
My 78 Pace Car was a garage queen before I bought it two and a half years ago. Now, I drive it just about every day and average 5000 miles a year down here in Florida. It gets compliments everywhere I take it. This picture was taken at the Gambel Mansion, a pre-Civil war plantation house in Ellenton, Florida. There was a huge car show there last month with over 280 cars and trucks of all types and years.

Drive both of em. But traffic gets worse everyday! They are both great fun - but so different. Both wicked fast!

Hoping to get "Larry" back on the road soon. Seats are being done and a new center console will be finished as soon as I can get it done. Will be doing a 1K mile road trip in August from iowa to somewhere in south dakota for a bbq.

Cool that you know what it is. If I had a nickle for every time someone asked 'what is it'. I tell folks it is a mid-engine corvette and that seems to work. Actually that's true. It is street legal but it has basically become my track car. Weighs 2500 lbs and has 400whp.
