Ok, I know the best thing would be to disassmble the door,window tracks and clean them out etc but I am not gonna do that. the windows go up and down but the movement sounds is kinda "dry", so what can I do or use to lube the tracks & rollers from the outside top or inside of the door panel?
what have you guys used in this case?

Hi Paul.
You can try some lube but the old grease turns to gum so the tracks must be cleaned first.
The rollers may be worn out and need replacing.
Also the rivet that holds the regulator together can be worn.
A tear down and inspection is the only proper way.

actually looking down the tracks from the top, they look pretty dam clean and the rollers look intact and not gummed up? but the track is dry so I want to try something.

even if you look down the track and it looks clean to me that would mean the roller is stuck or not rolling or theres a flat spot on the roller ,,I just did my tracks and found several rollers were not rolling and cleaned what looked to me as wax not grease ,I had to replace rollers and i used white lithium grease .. its not that hard to do as you know you only get what you put in to your projects

The tracks should be lubricated with white lithium grease. This is what they used at the assembly plant.

It's really not that much trouble to remove the inner door panel. Then you can get to the parts for inspection, cleaning and re-lube.

Why try to jack-leg a "fix" that won't really fix anything when you can do it properly with a 1/2 hour job?

I already have the inner door panel off and was going to clean it best i can that way + re-lube.

You have nothing to loose if it works GREAT!
If not you have one more thing on the to-do list.

DO NOT use spray can white lithium lube. It is the same stuff as the goo in a tube, but there is so little lube in a spray of it, it's almost useless. Get a tube of it and put it on rubbing, sliding, rolling parts. Works great and lasts for years.

If you really just want to take a stab at throwing something at it, try this, its not too sticky, and won't collect dust and dirt, but really the only thing to do it is take it apart and REALLY clean everything, I just did one last week, it made a big improvement,
