Default No Milk In My Bowl.

Hey guys and gals. I have recently inherited a 73 with the L82. The car has been sitting for a while and I am just starting the restoration process. I have fuel getting to the carb, however, there is no evidence that fuel is getting into the bowl. Any suggestions on possible causes?

Needle is stuck? Fuel filter in the carb plugged? I'm hearing that you broke the fuel line at the carb and got fuel. Correct? If that's the case, then the next steps are the filter and then the needle and seat + the float.
