Kudos to Alan and NCRS Team
I recently acquired a '71 coupe and decided to order the new NCRS Technical Information Manual and Judging Guide. I had the earlier edition but decided to order the updated manual too. Wow! If you own a '70-72 you need this all color book. The people responsible for putting this together deserve our thanks and that includes our friend Alan71. Even if you are not going to restore your car to NCRS condition you will enjoy this book. You can buy this book even if you aren't a member. Thank you again Alan for your effort. I will refer to this book often as I work to improve my new addition.

I agree, this along with the AIM is almost all you need. Both are available on the NCRS website and you do not need to be a member ot purchase them.
There are some amazing picures in the judging manual.

Hi b67r,
Thanks!
I was only a small part by a BIG effort by many folks. 70-72 folks are indebted to Gary Bosselman for his vision and the amount of time and skill he put into it.
There's work underway now on a new edition of a 68-69 TIM&JG that will hopefully be of the same caliber as the 70-72 manual…. if not even stronger.
Regards,
Alan
Thanks!

My goal is Carlisle, but it might stretch into September.

I had hoped to have it for sale at Corvettes of Carlisle at the NCRS booth. But... I am not sure I'll make it. Keep finding neat pictures, more information and proof reading keeps finding more errors and questions.

The shipping to the UK was a very reasonable $8.00 That was of course until I received an email overnight requesting an additional $44.00

Hi,
Let's be clear about gbozz…he is a Metropolitan restorer who is willing to work on Corvettes in his spare time.
!!!
We're all VERY fortunate to have someone like him be willing to take charge of the TIM&JG updates!

Alan

You will find it is worth every bit extra for the shipping. The manual has 364 pages of unbelievable details. Although Alan is very modest he played a key role in the publication of this book. Anyone that owns a '70-72 Corvette needs this!

I am one of the few that loves original, unrestored cars. Much rather have a garage full of them than restored cars. Like my 72 with 24,000 miles.
When was last time you seen one of these with 9,000 miles on it?
