Two keys to this:
1) have an automatic
2) commit

I've been to a couple of schools where we do this and it's a blast, especially if you have the older cars with 80% of the weight over the front wheels!

I'm guessing RWD is necessary as well. Makes me wish I had a beater to try this out. I've read that Garner did this better than his stunt drivers. On many of the shows you could predict what was going to happen because the practice tire marks were there in the scene.

Great show. Netflix had it available for streaming but they took it down.
