That's why it is not a good idea to buy a northern car...and another reason why I left the Twin Cities area 37 years ago.

I wash the Camaro once a week. Its my DD, i keep it waxed, clay it twice a yr. buff as needed.
The Corvettes only been washed 1 time since putting it on the road 2 yrs ago. It just needs dusting. Before I drive it I use a Detail spray or filtered water in a spray bottle and several micro towels. Black shows everything! The key to a dri wash is plenty of micro fiber towels to prevent rubbing the dirt back onto that polished paint.

It's just easier and less messy with a spray polymer/wax that lifts the dirt/dust than using water. The bonus is you get your Vette shiny clean without getting it or anything else wet
