Finally got the interior done tonight!
After two months and almost $3K invested, the interior is complete and stunning to say the least. The wife is gaga over it which is a good thing. A lot of lessons learned on this project. Above all, I think the heat gun was probably my best friend through out this project LOL along with silver dye spray. I also learned if you can restore your OEM parts...don't replace them. Nothing fits like OEM. Thanks to Willcox Corvette for their wonderful pricing and help along the way. Gotta love these guys.

Now, you must remember to put on a new set of those little paper booties each time you get in the car....
Interior looks great! Super job. And your advice on staying with OEM stuff [whenever you can] is on target. BTW, if you want the black leather on that steering wheel to be silver like the rest of the interior, you can recolor it with your interior dye.
Worked for me!

You know I thought about that but I wanted to keep the same color as the original steering wheel which is black and I still have it for safe keeping. Plus that black wheel just makes everything pop so nicely against the silver.

Very Nice.
Although I am trying to stay with the orginal look, I hope mine comes out half as nice when I am done with it next month.

Great color combo, and the flags are a real nice touch.
That really looks awesome. Time to enjoy it.

Wow, really nice, great attention to detail. where did you get the steering wheel? I think it is the nicest one I've seen on a C3.

Lookin' good!
Hi JohnnieUtah,
WOW! That came out great!
People sametimes say 'Best money I ever spent'.
When it comes to a new interior I agree 100%.
Looks like you have new door panels and that you left off the top front & rear screw.
Good choice as I did the same.
Those screws pulled through on my old panels and I didn't want that to happen again.
The new panels clip onto the door at the top and stay in place just fine.
Enjoy your new interior!
Pete.
