Anybody install Bluetooth in your Vette? Where did you hide the microphone?
I'm changing the heater core and dash pad, so I thought I would upgrade the dash speakers and stereo while I'm in there.
Also going to do the compass/temp mirror as well.

C3 of Year Finalist (appearance mods) 2019
I installed a double din 7" touchscreen with Bluetooth. Although it's hard to have a phone conversation with the top down. I mostly use the Bluetooth for streaming music from my phone. The microphone is built into the head unit. I also have comp/temp mirror.

I put a basic Bluetooth head unit in mine. Ran the microphone wire up behind the dash and the windscreen post trim, located the microphone in the corner of the windscreen frame.

i had mine on top of the steering column. I could have a conversation with the top down, but i usually kept them short as they took away from my driving experience

Up tight in the top corner of the A-Pillar. Ran the wire down the A-pillar trim, up tight under the dash and down to the radio. Works perfectly with my t-tops off and the 9 speakers i installed. lol.

Not a great picture but, I installed my Mic. In between the header moulding and the T-bar moulding. It works Really great for me with or without the tops on. The answer button is on the dash pad.

I installed my microphone and USB port in the ash tray. The door would obviously have to be open for it to be used, but I like how it's hidden away most of the time.

I have a 1973, I got my Bluetooth radio from Retrosound, just slides into the radio slot, no mods necessary. Very good sound and lots of volume even with top down. Bluetooth works easily, just hit the **** when a call comes in, use the radio volume for sound, they can hear me very well, even at (high) speed.

I also got a set of Challenger Soundbar Speaker boxes for the rear shelf, these don't require any holes to be drilled.
Here is the mic position I used:
