Nice job on '71. I wish for her to enjoy many trouble free miles of driving fun.

I had to blend the outsides to the fender by filling inside of spoiler with glass and sanding.
I purchased these cameras and put one in front in the grill for a "spoiler collision avoidance system." Works great!

Hydraboost Power Brake System Install
Well, got the Hydroboost Power Brake System from HydratechBraking.com and installed it the last few nights. First I had to remove that crap power brake booster, third one that couldn't hold 18 in Hg from the vacuum pump that I also removed. Then I installed the hydraboost where the brake booster was, connect the provided lines to the power steering pump and control valve, prime the pump and hydraboost system, check for leaks, and I took it for a spin! Man, are those brakes sensitive now! I went about 40 mi/hr and hit the brakes. Good thing I had my seat belt on, or I would have went through the windshield! The wife took it around the block and was equally impressed with the performance. It's now making full use of the Wilwood 6-piston front calipers and 4-piston rear, lowing the stopping distance by more than half without locking up. So glad to be rid of the vacuum pump we had on it, because it ran constantly. I went through 4 different vacuum actuated power brake boosters, and none of them could hold 18 in Hg from the vacuum pump without leaking. This now solves that problem!
This was actually a test on the wife's car for what I have to do on my '66. With the tall valve covers I'm putting on for the shaft rocker assembly, I don't have room for the vacuum power brake booster I have on now. When I get my Hydraboost I'll have plenty of room.
