it´s gourgeous

the sound, the curves, definitely the hottest thing on four wheels

a lot of documents are available, the complete detailed history, also an old NCRS judging report from 1994 as a 2nd flight

the short test ride last night ....mmmmm... like an orgasm

Totally love it, been following this story from before purchase, etc... You've done well for sure.

Make sure to store those docs out of sunlight and in some sort of acid free holder/bag.

Yep , when you get the first one in your shed ,its kinda like a dream .

I found myself wandering out to the shed every couple of hours just to look at it sitting there .

My neighbours all came over at different times all saying "you got a corvette ??"

Next comes the excuses to drive it ......

Glad to hear the Silver Bullet finally made it! You better put some miles and smiles on before the snow starts falling in Bavaria.....

winter is gone and she´s back on the road

it´s gorgeous, a blast to drive her

the tires had to be changed, cause the original wide ovals are not allowed in Germany
(no approval and speed index too low)

last weekend i shot some pics...

Hi Herby.

So you're all done with snow already in Germany? We're still under threat of snow and then salt of course so cars tucked away for now.

Sure looks like you have some nice driving roads in Bavaria to enjoy

oh yes, we have nice roads, too
snow and salt is gone in most areas near my home, enough space for a spin.
At higher elevations there is still snow

That car would be amazing to see flying down the Autobahn, passing the Porches and BMW's! I don't know how I didn't see this thread from the beginning, but I have now read the whole thing. Very nice car you have there. I have been to Denmark several times and remember how cool it was when I saw a C3 there.

theoretical top speed of the car is 230 km/h (140mph), so you must have tires with speed index V (up to 240 km/h), if you drive fast or not it doesn´t matter
Only winter tires are allowed with a lower speed index

Very nice. What size tires did you end up with on the front?

I have 235s on the front (fit best) and 255s on the rear.
