Nice car...I believe they had 275 HP & 390 TQ @ 8.5 comp but the LT1 would be more desirable but they only made 20.

Hi jr,
That appears to be a very nice car.
The engine compartment has a 'restored look' to it. I wonder what the chassis and running gear look like?
A $110,000 is a LOT of money!
Regards,
Alan

Kinda gives one goose bumps, hey JR? As far as I'm concerned, the more $ the merrier. My house and my '69 are the only two non-depreciating assets that I have to my name. Money in the bank is worth less every day.

Faster Rat the higher the better for us 68-72 Big Block owners. I know the price is way over inflated but sometimes as in Real Estate high prices catch people's attention and gets them talking.

The seller states that he is the original owner / one owner car. A/C, power everything, very pretty paint (better than mine, anyway!). Seems like he's proud of his car and, while agree with everyone that he'll never come close to $110,000, I wish him all the luck in the world. Also, he's asking $110,000 "or best offer". If he is really ready to let the car go for best offer after 45 years in his garage, then someone might end up with quite a car.

I disagree. High, but find another one, just like it.

A great colors both exterior and interior, Big Block, super low mileage, and completely loaded.

This car is very close to me and this is the first time I'm hearing about it. I'd have remembered it!

WB as you know I always say our LS5' are way undervalued and often under appreciated and overlooked and this LS5 is a beautiful low mileage example great color combo and tons of option and docs and hope the owner gets his price, BUT don't think that he will.

I agree too. Remember the million dollar Hemi cars on Barrett Jackson a few years ago, worth about $150,000 now. Lot of people lost big in 2008, 2009 In all kinds of markets.

start with a decent condition big block coupe original engine maybe 35K
all that doc, add 15%
rare color, add 10%
one owner, add 25%
that low mileage, add 25%
72 instead of a 69 or 70, subtract 20%
loaded with all those options, add 20%
never find another one like it, add 20%

just gotta find the right buyer.

I don't know. Overweight, underpowered, ill handling, rough ride, and plenty of cast iron in the engine. Last time I looked around I could find cars/Corvettes with those characteristics all day long.

Friendly advice: Don't accidentally drop one of those wheel covers on your foot.

so my 69 427 /400hp tri-power convert in Monza red with black int,,auto,, sidepipe car is worth $250,000-300,000

and a 435hp car should be worth $600,000+
and L88 cars should be worth $2,000,000-4,000,000

now were talking some real money
