C3 aftermarket Steering Columns
Hello everyone
I am looking to change my stock 77 steering it does not have tilt and no Telescoping. The most important thing for me is the tilt if the telescoping comes with it, it will be a + for me. my budget is less than $350.
Just to make sure all that I find they dont have the switch for the wipers
I did find some do they work? and any suggestions? open for all opinions.
Thanks

The last time I looked into this, the options were much more expensive. I ended up rebuilding my stock column but it is very tired and needs replaced.
A new column is on my to do list. Please post progress pics!

Be careful with those no-name columns. They can be junk. My father bought one for his 38 Pontiac and it's junk. It feels like its going to come apart at anytime. He has the one with the ignition and he had to replace it three times within two years. The gear shift lever is loose and rattles. He hates it and regrets putting it in. Do what you want but I would save the money and get an IDIDIT or Flaming River. Thats just the my opinion though others may have had good luck with them.

I bought an IDIDIT tilt column/unpainted steel/turn signals/emergency flasher.....it has worked well for 7 years in my '34 street rod.
