Well I all ready have a big problem with a contractor. they had the form all done and only send 2 people to pour the slab with 98 deg weather. It dried before they finished so it needs to be jack hammered out. I might end up in court over this. I'm also in WA state till the 6th of oct for work. I'm not a happy camper. They told me they would have it out this week but of course no one showed up... Its going to cost me 3K to have it removed..

Being away from the area make it harder to deal with..

If I lived closer I would come over and help you tear it out.

Think If the contractor does not do it I will go rent a bobcat with a cement breaker attachment. And bucket. I have a burn pit in the back I'm trying to fill in so I have a place to dump it. Should get away with doing it for a lot less.. It will likely take me 3 days of work.. I'll con a few friends to come over and help...

I work for a private car collector here in Fort Worth. We have about twenty cars. I do all the detailing and some mechanical work. This is a car in his collection. 1979 total custom, Art Morrison chassis, LS 3 crate motor. Awesome interior. Look for it to be featured in an upcoming issue of Vette Magazine. Thank you for asking.

I built the garage myself....took two years of weekends/days off. Made the doors, the door windows, radiant heat and fan forced heat. Built the drawers, workbench. Not visible is the compressed air system for power tools.

The garage, 3 car garage setup with 12ft ceilings. I knew I wanted the majority of my lighting on the walls because of the ceiling height and detailing purposes. No LED's for me. I put two 4ft 4 banks in the very center of the garage on the ceiling but the rest 4ft 2 banks on the walls. I also put a 6 light spot light in the center on the ceiling of 16ft door with a dimmer. Interlocking Module Tile flooring, Trane duckless Heat/Cool System, Titan 4 post lift. Electrical outlets every 4ft. 2 industrial ceiling fans. Wall Mount door openers a must with lift!!!!

That's some nice looking work right there, is that a bonus room above, or are the windows just for looks?

Love this. Maybe someday (never) when I'm rich (never).
BTW, LOVE the old school receiver. Looks like a '70's Kenwood from the picture.

So I took the forum's advice and painted the walls while the garage is empty. It took me the majority of the weekend but I'm glad I did it. It's not big, but it's mine!
Next week I'll move in my work benches and tool cabinet.
I was thinking of painting a red stripe around the wall but I like it the way it is.
I may buy some red duct tape and make a small boarder between the white walls and the grey base.
Take a look!
PS, that's how the car came, it's not neglect.
