I love these garage pics. Here is just a couple of things I have in mine that add to the convenience and comfort....organized work bench (in full disclosure does NOT look like that right now), sink is invaluable, AC essential in SC, warehouse lighting you can never have enough light, the older I get the more I notice that!

I was going to paint the walls too, but I think I'll leave them as they are. If I paint the walls, I'll need to paint the ceiling. Haha.

I'm going to let the floor dry for a few days and then return the benches, compressor, welder etc.

I'd like to see your garages. Maybe I'll get motivated to paint my walls, or I may just put the car back in and work on it.

So let's see'em! I'm sure we'd all like to get a look see.

Here's mine...
So after seeing all these beautiful garages, I think I need to paint my walls and ceiling. What do you guys think?

This is going to sound like a stupid question, but what do you do with the sink?

Maybe fill it with ice and put beer in it

My home garage.

Smaller garage in my warehouse.

Big warehouse where most of the cars are.

In my opinion... you need to put something (sheet-rock) on the walls first. I realize it will take up a few inches on each wall, but the end result will look much nicer and you won't be kicking yourself years down the road.

By the way your floor looks great!

You need to go over to garage journal for some ideas and inspiration!

Some gorgeous garages here. My garage is a pretty hard working home workshop, and doesn't stay anywhere near as clean or organised as I would like. At the moment it's set up as a paint booth and is a total disaster... Here it is in a state of chaos back in January as I was blowing a couple of MG Midgets apart.

All these garages and not the first old soda machine.....? The Coke machine now sits in the kitchen, vends 12 OZ cans and used to kept my beer ice cold till I quite drinking 6 months ago. I had planed on keeping tall boys in the 7UP machine after I finished it up. It's still in the shed where I do most of my part work for the Corvette. I plan to sell it now no room in the garage for it and I won't be drinking any longnecks.

Maymyvettelive4ever That looks fantastic. See a one car garage properly done can be a sweet thing.

My two car garage is a bit extra deep. I need to do a proper job on the floor.
The garage my Vette lived in prior to my ownership

Well geeze Brian, my old dog at least helps out instead of sleeping. He's pretty good at directing an install on a set of long tube headers on a Z06. Ah.. maybe he is sleeping.....

The pictures of the coke machine and 7-up are very close to what my dad had in our basement, Way back in the late 60's, he was a TV repair man and took these in on trade.. Lots of memories there.

Thanks for the pics..
