Maui Jackpot
Driving in Lahaina today my eye caught a C-3 driving and parking in the owners garage. I stopped, introduced myself and my wife to Dan and talked about his 69 briefly. He is running a 383 stroker with side pipes and shaking it down now. He also installed a Tremec TKO-500 which is a nice addition to the car. Nice guy, nice car, great location. Glad to meet another C-3 owner. And he is running Hurricanes for wheels. Loved it. Thanks for letting me look Dan.

I'm jealous!! My wife and I spent our honeymoon in Maui in March of last year. Ever since I have been trying to hit the "Maui Jackpot" aka lottery 
Probably never happen but if by chance it does I would load up my pile of 68 parts into a container and ship it there in a heartbeat to finish putting it together there!

My wife and I were there a few years ago. I have a good friend we stayed with. He lent me his extra Harley Street Glide. We rode the Road to Hana with it and also rode the West Mountains Road. That was an experience. One lane road with no guardrails. Steep cliffs and sharp corners you can't see what is coming at you from the other direction. We even had to ride through a rock slide on a sharp corner. We also road up the volcano. We put over 900 miles on his bike riding around that little island.
