How is the fit on the 68/69 reproduction centre grills?
So, I'm wondering if I should buy a reproduction 68/69 front end centre grill or pay more for an OEM piece. Originality is not a concern but do the reproduction centre grills fit reasonably well?

To my knowledge, the 68-69 center grille is exactly the same part as when the 68's were originally made. The outer left and right hand grilles were changed by GM because the original 68 ones were extremely flimsy. They would actually warp when you tightened some of the lower screws. I speak from experience on this. Lou.
