Default True Dual Exhuast For My 79

Looking for info on a dual setup for my 79 L-82 4-speed..no cats. Seems to me there used to be a lot of them around but I can't find much out there now. I can probably use my existing mufflers as the car only has 42 K on it and it's been inside for years. I want something that's going to fit without a lot of modifications. Any suggestions or advice?

You could use a set like this https://willcoxcorvette.com/corvette...-79-aluminized
I used something similar on my 76 but with mufflers and it will add heat under the floors. I'm going to side pipes later this year or next year.

Pypes, Allen's SS Exhaust, Hooker, Corvette Central all have true duals for a '79.

I just went through this on my '81 and ended up purchasing the Pypes kit.

Don't forget the exhaust hanger that installs under the trans on a 4spd. Purchased a system from Corvette Central with no modifications.

I put straight pipes on my wifes 79 and resonators at the end(Mid America). Any muffler shop could do that for you. Not noisey(compared to my 69 427 and Hookers).
