Default The end of a dream

We just moved to South Carolina on Sept. 15th, all my wife wanted to do was go to the beach & spend time with our daughter. On Sept. 22 she died suddenly from a massive heart attack. We weren't even here a week.

My sincerest sympathies to you. A reasonably unfamiliar place, and now with your best friend no longer at your side.

Jesus man, sorry to hear that....very sorry. That's terrible news. Getting away from Pittsburgh at that...what a blessing that is, I don't miss that city for a second. No words in this forum will make you feel better. Live on for her in her memory, that's all you can do.

Sorry to read this, am glad you could reach out to the Forum. Many of us really don't know each other, but we all can share this kind of loss in our hearts. Remember the good times and smile. Live on in her honor.

So sorry for your loss. You family is in our prayers. My wife and I moved to SC in 2015 for basically the same reason and I can't begin to imagine what you you are going through. Stay strong.

Jim,as has been said words just can't say enough to ease the pain. My best friend just lost his wife of 43 years but he is surrounded by friends and family. Not knowing where you are in SC I can only tell you that I am near Charleston and if you need anything at all, or just a shoulder to lean on or an ear to listen, please just reach out to me. My prayers are with you and your daughter. Jim
