How best to remove vanity mirror bulbs
without breaking anything? There seems to be no easy access to them. Both are burnt out and like to change them.
Also, do they stay on all the time ?? if so how to turn them off when not in use. Any help appreciated.

There's a little button switch that turns on the lamps when you open the cover. I believe the switch malfunctions/breaks fairly commonly causing the lamps to stay on and your battery to drain.
