Anybody had work done at DRS Auto Garage?
They use one of those forms that everything on the reverse side of their contract is printed in a very light ghost grey. I had the owner fix my son’s car when he was stationed in Norfolk, VA years ago and again 3 yrs ago went on the waiting list and finally called up to the plate 16 months ago.
I’m having a bit of problem, they have one excuse after another pushing back completion dates, breaking parts and recharging me. Having to fix their mistakes at my expense. The very fine ghost print says I can’t do anything but agree to take any complaint to an arbitration panel. Of course it’s 8 to 12 weeks for an date and time and can you guess what happens in the meanwhile?

Oh forgot something. Can anyone explain why most of the cars Fantom worked on during all the TV shows in the past 3 yrs? 9 cars are sitting in and outside for sale that are the same “show cars.” Even when you watch this new season on TV you can see cars in the background that have 2 or more seasons between them.
