Default Recommend reliable radiator for 1977?

I have had three radiators put in by my mechanic spring massive leaks within a year or 2 of installation. Can anyone recommend a reliable brand I can get to stop this madness? I have a Stewart hi-flow water pump installed. Looking for a 4-row.for automatic and AC. Thank you!

My first question would be where is he getting these radiators? Even a crappy repaired copper radiator should last over 2 years. Maybe find a new mechanic????

The 1977 had an early design (curved upper neck) and a late radiator (straight) neck. Check your car before ordering anything. Below is the late version. If you have the early design, order a 76 radiator.

Check this one out

I bought one from AutoZone 12 years ago and installed it in my 77. It's never leaked and never overheated. I probably just happened to get a good one.

Wonder if you have some cyl pressure working its way into your cooling system, you shouldnt have that issue
Did it do this prior to your waterpump change?

I had the pump done way back and the radiator at that time lasted a long time. The failures are more recent replacements.

Thank you for the replies and suggestions. I will probably go with a DeWitt. I've had this car for 20 years and the radiator is the weakest link over the past 6 years (AC compressor also seems to fail more than it should, but that's a minor problem)..
