That's factory.
Same set up on my '68 427 engine too.
Quadra jet had a paper fuel filter in line in the carbs body and the can you see GM had installed between the fuel pump and paper filter in line.
The second smaller hose is a return vapor line back to the tank to prevent vapor lock.

That one ended up in a good home very early. Looks spectacular and is 6 days older than my Silverstone Silver/Gunmetal coupe. :-)

Factory location, but the filter would have mounted on the AIR pump.

The fuel lines and filter are correct replacements. I believe the red clips on the hoses are correct for '69 and the '68s had tower clamps (but I never see those advertised).
