Really, really nice ride....and great details.
I am debating between a 406 sbc and a 427 sbc for my project.
Care to share the specs on yours?

That guy has had several of his cars featured on Jay Leno's Garage, so I bet his suit money would buy a lot of parts!!!

Wheels
Excellent job. Everything flows well together, proving your eye for style.
Those appear to be Torq Thrust wheels. Can you provide details on what wheels they are. i.e. size, backspace, part number and same with tires, and any mods you had to do to make them not rub anywhere. And obviously the car is lowered.

Beautiful car you have and congrats on the photoshoot and article!! My '70 was included with several cars from our club several years ago where they tested each generation in a wind tunnel. It's cool to see your car in print!
BTW...nice wiper door opener. Did you make it or did you purchase the electric actuator?

WOW!!! Those pics are great. You have a lot of ideas I might steel for my 68. I had my car running great and never had a problem with her so now I'm fiddling with everything and making it more to my liking. You know, spending lots of cash for no good reason. Thanks again for the pics.
I just won a new aluminum Dewitts radiator with dual fans from Ecklers scratch and dent/returns store on ebay. $500 for a $900 plus radiator and fan kit, complete.
Thanks again

The wheels are indeed polished Torq Thrust II's; they are 17" x 8" with a 4" backspace and a -11mm offset. American Racing part # VN5157861.
They required nothing to fit as they have basically the same specs as the stock wheels, except for the larger diameter.
The tires are all Nitto NT555 255/50/17, and the front ones rub the frame very slightly at full lock only.

The electric wiper door conversion is my own design, I detailed how I did it in this thread: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...onversion.html
