I remember when I was I a little kid in the late 70´ties and there where some slotscar C3:s with this same paintjob.

Burning Brakes
Simply for creative contrast, I will post pics of my yellow/black striped `17 Mustang to show you how a gradient stripe seems to be a thing, now, and how it looks on a long hood/short deck (sorry, I see you are from Finland - a long bonnet and a short boot'). Black stripes pop nicely on bright yellow cars. I actually spoke with our Ford global design VP (Murray Callum, a Brit) and when we got on the topic of our favorite classic cars he quickly perked up and mentioned that "I've always liked the C3's!". These cars are contagious. Nice work on yours.
