Default M/C to Brake Booster Nut removal

So I'm replacing m/c, brake hoses, and calipers and changing from Dot 3 to Dot 5. This past week I went to remove the m/c and the driver's side nut came off with no problem but the passenger side nut is not moving. I have been soaking it with PB blaster for about five days now. Intermittently, I've attempted to get a wrench, initially 9/16" than 14mm and now vise grips. Needless to say, all that has accomplished is that I've rounded the damn thing and I think my next step is heat the bolt and see if that will break the rust/corrosion seal.

Is there anything in the booster that will get destroyed from the heat source?

Suggestions?

There's rubber stuff in the booster, depending on how hot you'll need to go.
I'd try a nut splitter (if it can get around the nut)
Try from the top first, sometimes one side is enough, if it isn't you'll need to split the bottom side as well

small cut-off disc on a dremel to take a slice off the side without mucking up the thread may work as well

Just thoughts, YMMV
