Wrong section but plenty of important clues missing such as is the car currently wrecked? Flood? Vandalism? If its together what's the quality of the repairs? Has it been inspected in the air on a lift? What options on the car?
Based on your description its worth maybe $3k or... It could be worth $20k who knows?

You will not get an accurate value with the description you are providing. For example, by "doghouse" do you mean it needs a new birdcage? (the steel cage around the doors, windshield and top of car?
Is there frame rust? (if the frame and or birdcage are rusted, the car is more likely than not a parts car)
What is the condition of the engine, transmission, interior?
Do the headlights doors open?
There are many other unanswered questions.
If you can take pictures and post them it would be much more helpful. Other than that, you might want to state your location and get someone on this forum or an NCRS person to look at it. They may not be able give you an exact figure, but they may be able to get you in the ballpark.

I have learned as a rookie that the smallest repair is made easier/priced fairly with many pics.
