Most 350 engines need in the range of 450-750 cfm airflow (depending on cam and intended rpm). With 6 carbs I would think the cam and heads would be the limiting flow restriction, so what hp does your cam and head flow support?
Most manifolds for those types of carbs are also short runner so expect the torque curve to be pushed towards higher rpm.
For pure power purposes there is no real reason to do it as most any Holley/Rochester/Edelbrock gives the engine the cfm it needs. But looks is a good reason to do it though. :-)

6 deuces, IMHO, is a waste of time except for the "WOW" factor. Had a 57 Bel-Air with a 6 deuce set up almost burn down at the drag strip I flagged at in 1960. My opinion, your money do as you wish. If it were mine I'd run 2-4r's.

I did a bit of a search and found a couple at Summit and Jegs and this list on eBay.

There is quite a selection there and even a couple of very pricey 6-2's setups. The dual quad manifolds are old school since the oil fill is in the front of the manifold and that went away when pcv systems became mandatory. They also appear to be set up for AFB's, same as Edlebrocks, but you could adapt Holley's to them though the linkage gets a little squirrelly. Good luck with what you decide to do.

there are reason race cars have a single four barrel carbs. its a waist of time and money to go more then one carb. and unless your going to be making a lot of power your have way to much carb and it wont run with a damn
