There is not a better sound than to hear a larger than stock cam.

LS 376/515 with 2-1/2" exhaust. Some will be dismayed to learn that I added a crossover to mellow it out.

Some great sounding cars! Good idea for a thread, I had to take a quick vid of mine this afternoon to post. The Fitech injection and timing control actually smooths the idle quite a bit. 388 sbc stroker, fitech fuel injection, ported Edelbrock Performer RPM heads and intake, 11.1:1 compression, 238/242@0.050, 300/304 adv. duration Crane hydraulic roller. Dual 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust with X pipe and Magnaflows.

My lowly old 75 L48. Old school rebuild 20 year ago. .030 over, flat top pistons, SpeedPro .420/.443 cam, Original heads ported and polished, short tube headers, 3" collectors to 2 1/2 " stainless true duals to FlowTech dual chambered mufflers. And she shines like a new penny.
