Ive seen a large license plate mount nose extension years ago for the front. help protect the pointy nose from small bumps. Im thinking of buying one or making something similar out of steel.

Anyone have pics or the name of them.

But it is shaped like the pointy corvette nose and sticks out like an inch. and only top half of frame. to protect the paint.

I had completely forgotten about those nose bumpers until you posted that pic. Not real beautiful, but certainly saves the tip of the nose. Post a pic for us after you install it.

Paint it the same color as the car and will blend in better. My problem is the low parking curbs and hitting the lower valance. Have learned that looking out the driver window, need to be just barely forward of the rear tire of the car next to me, if a normal sized car, that is.
