Flat, dry, and away from critters. Have you considered individual plastic sleeves in a three ring binder?

Agree with Mike. Plastic sleeves are what we use to store the paperwork and documentation for the cars. The ones that zip lock are best. Maybe a place that sells maps would have what you need. By the way, do you have any pictures of the brochures to share?

Will have to put that on my "to do" list. I'm just getting them all together and organized right now.

I have a large collection of Chevrolet literature. Besides every year Corvette sales brochure, I also have mailers, Corvette News magazines, full line brochures, dealer albums, T-O-P films, etc.
Most of it I just keep in file folders. It's only the really rare pieces (the first 5 or 6 volumes of Corvette News, early mailers, press kits, dealer announcement brochures, etc), that I keep in some kind of plastic sleeves. For the things that fit in standard sleeves, I use regular 8 1/2 x 11 sleeves from a local stationary store, for larger or odd size pieces, I order them from ULINE.
I have a metal, 4 drawer file cabinet that I keep everything in. Any thing that will fit in vertically, is stored by year, in heavy, green, hanging files. Items that don't fit in hanging files, are stored flat in a drawer. Two drawers have hanging files in them, and two drawers contain the larger items, stored flat.

While I only have one brochure, the one for my year car, I slipped it into the front cover of the view binder that has my AIM and other associated paperwork inside.
