Willcox New Part Announcement. 3 New parts never before available.
Hi guys,
We're releasing three new reproductions that have never been available since GM discontinued them.
1) 1968-1982 Air Conditioning Diverter Door Plastic Actuator.
We've sold this part used for as high as 65.00, now we have them new at this link. https://willcoxcorvette.com/corvette...2-reproduction
This is a picture of the original.
2) 1977-1982 Heater Control Lamp Lens. This lens is mounted in the heater control lamp mounted to the center dash bezel. While all the other parts are available, this lens was not being produced. We made it. While small in nature, this is a must to have the correct lamp deflection on your heater control.
3) 1977 Corvette Delay Timer Module. This module will be a factory replacement module for the original round flasher looking module. This item is currently in testing and we are awaiting the PC boards from California before we can do the final assembly. We are three weeks away from having product.
This will be the first reproduction of anything that will replace and work for the original module. While it won't come with wires, if your car originally had this option the wires are already there. This module will function just as the original module functioned. (While it will look nothing like the original, you can't see it when installed in the car. Just like all our timer boards, our modules and tach boards.. it will be fused so there is no chance of anything shorting and messing up your car). This will be a perfect item to return the delay timer to your car.
It should be in stock in three weeks and while NOS unit's sell for 250.00 this one will be a retail price of 45.00

Are the orange wires with the blue connectors in that pic stock gm? My 77 was built with the convenience group option, but I have never seen those under my dash. One by one I would like to get all the ZX2 options back in the car and working.
Quick question, the headlight reminder buzzer, any idea what connector it plugs into? Was it a separate 2 terminal buzzer or part of the black box that plugs into the top of the fuse box that I am missing ? Its an April built car if that matters.
Thank you sir.

I forgot we have the hood alignment tools in production as we speak. We should have these real soon too.

I needed an Air Conditioning Diverter Door Plastic Actuator several years back and went to a Corvette salvage dealer to see if they had a used one. We went through 12 - 15 AC boxes before finding one that was not broken. I think that will be a very popular part for you.

The tools are already in production so they won't be long.
The diverter links are made from a stronger plastic than the originals so they will last longer.

The tools are ready for sale now.. up on the site.. and I even put one on ebay... they work like a charm.
I now have plenty of stock on the hood alignment tools, the lenses and the actuator door assemblies... What we discovered today was this... While I made the alignment tool for us year ago.. my bone headedness.... never thought to use it on a 1960-1967 car...
So for some reason today I figured it out.. this tool will work for 1960-1976 not just 1968-1976....
I'm posting usage instructions for the C1 and C2 cars tomorrow.
