Default History lesson in pics of all 7 Gens of Corvette trucking/Train delivery~Mike Furman*

~I have been thinking about doing a post like this where I show all the different Generations of Corvettes as they either leave the plant via truckload or by train and then arrive at the dealership. Having started selling Corvettes during the tail end of the 3rd Generation I felt it would be good to share these pics starting from Generation 1 all the way thru current day 7th Generation. So here are pictures spanning 66 years of Corvette production 1953 thru the model year 2019.

Although I started selling Corvettes with C3’s in July of ‘78....and have owned 18 Corvettes...i’ve Never owned a C3, the only generation I haven’t owned...yet.

I have seen the transports full of corvettes before!!! once they had the purple and gold Daytona 500 cars on it going to dealers, WHAT a sight!!!

Wish I had a picture of that! I had much more but Hurricane Sandy destroyed 80% of my collection back in October 2012.
