Doesn't Ididit make a tilt column for the C3 now? My '77 is a one year column only, which are hard to find I hear (haven't started searching yet). It is also missing the turn signal stalk which has the windshield wiper control in it. I have to study this up.

Yes I just Looked. I’m not sure about the ‘77 but they have it for ‘68-‘74. Unpainted was $809 and black powder coat was $916 and chrome is like $1070

Under the horn button is the 'horn contact'
It's two pieces of metal separated by an insulator.
When you press the horn button the plastic rivets allow the two metal parts to touch.
The 'L' shaped part touches 'A' in Willcox guide.
See if you have continuity from 'A' to 'G' (black wire) at the harmonica terminal.

To make the column look pretty just tape, sand and paint.
